Agency for Healthcare Administration - ACHA Updates

The Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) updates the Health Council of East Central Florida regarding hospital and nursing home licensing, construction, and services that require state notification when added or deleted.  Nursing home Certificate of Need (CON) requests, modifications, issuances, and denials are included in an update service now available from the Health Council for District VII that includes Brevard, Osceola, Orange, and Seminole counties.  Subscribers receive notification of all AHCA requests along with copies of any public documents.  Contact Senior Health Planner Therry Feroldi at 866.991.3652, extension 701 or email tferoldi@hcecf.org.
